Jon Harrison

District Board of Trustees

Jon Harrison is a member of the District Board of Trustees of Palm Beach State College. He served as Chair for the 2024-2025 term.

A private investor and public servant, Harrison is the former Chief of Staff of the U.S. Department of the Navy. Before joining the Department, Harrison was a principal shareholder and director at Albers Aerospace, an aviation and defense engineering group. He previously served as the 8th Chairman of the U.S. Arctic Research Commission, and in the U.S. Department of State.‍

Harrison is a trustee of Florida Atlantic University, and a director of the Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institution Foundation. He holds a B.S. from the University of Southampton.
