Legal Notice - Meeting February 17, 2026

Pursuant to Palm Beach State College District Board of Trustees Policy 6Hx-18-1.02, the District Board of Trustees of Palm Beach State College will hold its regular public meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, beginning at 4:00 PM. The meeting is open to the public and will be held in the Multi-Media Board Room, CE 129 on the Lake Worth Campus of Palm Beach State College, located at 4200 South Congress Avenue, Lake Worth, FL 33461.
Palm Beach State College complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Individuals with disabilities requiring special accommodations or assistance should contact the College at 561-868-3501 to request such assistance at least three (3) business days in advance.
A copy of the agenda will be available prior to the meeting in the President’s Office on the Lake Worth Campus, located at 4200 South Congress Avenue, AD 210, Lake Worth, Florida 33461, as well as on the Board of Trustees website.

Notice is hereby given that a bargaining session between Palm Beach State College and the United Faculty of Palm Beach State College is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026, at Palm Beach State College, Lake Worth Campus, Center for Bachelor’s Program, CBP 321, 4200 Congress Avenue, Lake Worth, Florida 33461.
The negotiation session relates to the terms of a Collective Bargaining Agreement. In accordance with Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, this session is open to the public. A simulcast of the negotiation session will be available for public viewing at the following hyperlink:
