About Testing at PBSC

Choose Palm Beach State College’s Testing & Certification Centers for a reliable, convenient and professional testing experience. With easily accessible centers on each of our five campuses, we make it simple to find a center that fits your location and schedule. Our modern facilities provide a quiet, secure and comfortable environment for college placement exams, certification tests and professional assessments. Schedule an Appointment

To schedule an exam, choose your preferred campus testing location. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome based on available seating. Remote testing availability varies by campus and will appear as an option during scheduling if offered.

Please note: All testing appointments require a valid, physical photo ID. All test fees can be paid before testing thru the PBSC eMarket. For information on test requirements, go to the test section and click on your specific exam. If scheduling remote testing, please review the guidelines before making an appointment.

What to Know Before You Arrive

Only test-takers are allowed in the testing area. If children are left unattended, the Testing Center may refuse to administer the test.
A valid photo ID is required to test at any Palm Beach State College Testing Center. | List of acceptable ID
Time waivers will not be granted within 30 minutes of closing. All students must turn in their exams 15 minutes before the Testing Center closes.
Any personal items are required to be in a secure/locked locker outside the testing room.
- Cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off completely before being placed in the locker.
Hats, outdoor coats, watches, large jewelry, pens/pencils, drinks, food, candy, gum and weapons are strictly prohibited in the testing rooms. | List of prohibited items
Testing Center personnel are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items checked.
