Outside employment of College personnel shall be permissible providing it does not interfere with the employee’s regular College duties, and there is no conflict of interest as defined in Florida Statute 112.313.

Should the outside employment change or should a conflict arise, the employee must notify the immediate supervisor of the nature of the change.

At the time of each employee’s annual evaluation/appraisal, the employee shall verify that the scope of the outside employment has not changed, and there continues to be no conflict of interest between the outside employment activity and the employee’s College work assignment.
