Student Learning Outcomes broadly describe what students are expected to know, and have the ability to demonstrate, upon the successful completion of a course, program or credential at the College. They help educators plan instruction, assess student learning and ensure that courses and programs are aligned with desired outcomes. Student Learning Outcomes are established and regularly reviewed by all levels of academics.

Course Learning Outcome (CLOs) are specific, measurable statements that define the knowledge, skills and attitudes students are expected to demonstrate by the completion of a course.
Program Learning Outcomes
Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) are broad statements defining what students should know, be able to do, or have developed as a result of completing a specific program of study, focusing on the knowledge, skills and abilities gained throughout the program.
