Under the instruction of experienced industry kitchen chefs, you'll master techniques in food preparation, kitchen safety, menu planning, culinary organization and more. The practical, competency-based courses prepare you to step into exciting culinary roles or continue your education — you can seamlessly transfer credits to the Associate in Science (A.S.) in Culinary Arts Management right here at PBSC.
