Fall 2025 Terms: Monday, August 25 - Monday, December 12, 2025 

Registration start dates are assigned based on student's status as of Monday, March 31,2025 and will be available to be viewed later that same week.

Note: Use this job aid to view your registration appointment (if your appointment date is blank, then your registration date is the “Open Registration” date)

Important Deadlines:

• Financial Aid Priority Deadline: Wednesday, June 11, 2025
• Admissions Application Priority Deadline: Monday, August 4, 2025
• Late Registration Period: Monday, August 11, 2025 to the add/drop deadline of each session.

 

Monday, April 14, 2025

The following students may register:
(Registration start time will be listed in your Workday portal.)

• Honors Students
• Students admitted to Limited Access programs
• Students admitted to Bachelor’s Degree programs
• Veterans
• TriO Student Support Services students
• Currently enrolled degree-seeking and credit certificate-seeking students with 55 or more PBSC credits
• This is open registration period for all students who are in Career Certificate Programs (CCP)

 

Wednesday, April 16, 2025

The following students may register:

• Currently enrolled degree-seeking and credit certificate-seeking students with 35 - 54 PBSC credits

 

Monday, April 21, 2025

Begins at 8 a.m.

Open Registration for all remaining students.

• Currently enrolled degree-seeking and certificate-seeking students with 0-34 credits.
• High School Dual Enroll/Early Admission participants. Prior to registering on Workday, high school Dual Enrollment and high school Early Admission students must submit their course request(s) and documentation directly via the online Dual Enrollment Authorization Request to receive the proper permissions. Instructions on how to do so can be viewed at pbsc.edu/DualEnroll.  
• New degree-seeking and certificate-seeking students
• Returning degree-seeking and certificate-seeking students
• All other students, including non-degree-seeking and transient students

 

Senior Citizen Waiver Deadlines

First day of each session until the last day of add/drop. Not valid for Express B courses.

Submit the waiver form via Student Workday portal. Type “Create Request” on the Workday search bar and look for “Waiver-Senior Citizen.”
