Submit Your PantherCard Photo

Eligibility

PBSC students and employees may submit photographs for their PantherCards instead of having their photos taken at campus carding locations. To maintain consistency of the PantherCard photos and to ensure clear and accurate photos on file, submissions must follow passport photo guidelines established by the U.S. Department of State.

How to submit a photo for your PantherCard

  • Log in to the PantherCard portal
  • Go to the "Navigate" tab and click “Photo Upload.”
  • Agree to the PantherCard terms and conditions.
  • Upload an image of your government ID as proof of identity.
  • Upload your photo for your PantherCard. Crop image and then save and submit.
  • Select mail delivery or campus pickup.
  • Monitor your campus email for messages about your submission and any further steps required.

Photo Requirements

  • Frontal view: The photograph must be a frontal, full-front view of the cardholder, no profiles or angles. The cardholder’s front must be centered horizontally and vertically within the image area.
  • Normal attire: The cardholder must appear in normal street attire (no costumes), without a hat or other headgear or dark glasses (unless required for religious or medical reasons).
  • Single individual: The photo must be that of the cardholder alone (no family, friends, animals, objects, etc., are permitted).
  • Solid background: The photograph background should be a solid color without designs or patterns.
  • Accurate representation: The photo must be an accurate representation of you (no social media filters).
