Welcome, New Panthers!
Congratulations on joining the Palm Beach State College community. We’re excited to help you get started at PBSC and make the most of your college experience.
What is New Student Orientation?
New Student Orientation is an introduction to PBSC for students who are newly enrolled at the College. Students can choose from in-person or online sessions and take their first steps toward academic success and personal growth.
At orientation, you will:
- Meet your first-semester advisor
- Register for classes
- Learn about PantherCards and parking decals
- Find out about student support services
- Discover ways to get involved in campus life

Steps to Sign Up for Orientation
New students should prepare for orientation by fully completing all of their pre-orientation tasks before signing up for a session. Please follow the steps below. Our team is looking forward to meeting you soon!
1. Complete Your Pre-Orientation Checklist

Have you completed these tasks, if they apply to you?
2. Watch the Pre-Orientation Video
You will need your PBSC login information to view the pre-orientation video. If you don't have login information yet, please follow the instructions in Step 1.
3. Sign Up for Orientation
Have you completed all the checklist tasks in Step 1 and watched the video in Step 2? If yes, you may sign up for orientation! Please select the session that applies to you.
First Time in College Students
Students who are entering college for the first time should sign up for a group orientation
session.
Transfer Students
Students transferring to PBSC from another college should sign up for a transfer student
session.
4. Attend Your Orientation
Students who choose an online session will receive a link via email. Students who choose an in-person session will be invited to their selected campus. Find directions to your campus
