Student Counseling

Feeling stressed, anxious or depressed?

It's okay to ask for help! Counseling is available on all five campuses and online.

Mental health is essential for overall well-being, and challenges can significantly impact a student's ability to focus, concentrate and perform academically. By seeking help, students contribute to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues. When students openly discuss their struggles and seek support, it helps normalize conversations about mental health and encourages others to do the same.
